On pricing, enter your unit count and ResiAxis highlights the matching plan. Twenty-five doors lands on Essential at sixty-nine dollars a month.
Start Essential from signup — platform fee plus per-unit pricing, with leasing, payments, maintenance, and the resident, owner, and vendor portals on day one.
After checkout, your organization admin opens Account Plan and sees Essential active — twenty-five units, clear monthly estimate, no hidden upgrade to unlock portals.
The same login opens operations and dashboards scoped to your portfolio — work orders, leasing, and reporting your small team can run without enterprise complexity.
When you grow past fifty units, move to Starter or Growth. Until then, Essential keeps owner, tenant, and payment tools where they belong — on the entry SKU.
